API

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Status and terms for BuildFlo API access. The public API is not generally available yet — contact us if your practice needs programmatic access.

1. Current status

The BuildFlo public API is not generally available yet. These terms describe how API access will work when offered, and apply to any early or private API access we grant.

Until public launch, API credentials (if any) are provided solely at our discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time.

2. Acceptable use

If you receive API access, you must:

  • Use the API only for lawful building-services / MEP professional purposes.
  • Keep credentials confidential and not share them outside your authorised team.
  • Respect rate limits, quotas, and technical restrictions we publish or communicate.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the API or related systems.

3. Data sent through the API

Content you submit via the API is handled under the same Privacy Policy, Data Handling, and Data Processing terms as the web application, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any third-party or client materials.

4. Availability and changes

Early API access is provided without uptime guarantees. Endpoints, schemas, and behaviour may change without notice during preview.

We may suspend access for security, abuse, billing, or operational reasons.

5. Request access

To enquire about API access for your practice, email m.szuchnicki@selectmep.co.uk with subject line "BuildFlo API".
